Reflection on Diagnostic Test

Every year at the beginning of our school year, we take a diagnostic test to assess our language proficiency, hoping to improve our level.
When I received the tests, I had mixed emotions, as the results were not bad, but they did not fulfill my expectations either. When I reflected, I realized that the result of this test was not a reflection of my abilities, since due to different reasons, I feel that I can never give my best in the tests, but I can in activities that I do apart from the tests. Maybe stress, fatigue, and heat always play a trick on me.

I highlighted areas where I could improve and I will seek ways to improve and manage the bad things that happened in the exams. I reminded myself that I would not always be in that mood and could do better every time. I will face the next exams with a positive mindset and I will try to do my best, without thinking about the external factors that made me do poorly.
